Notes
Add important details your band needs to know—load-in times, parking info, dress code, and anything else specific to this event.
What to include in notes
Notes are for information that doesn't fit elsewhere but is important for the band to know. Common things to add:
- Load-in time — When to arrive and where to park
- Soundcheck time — When you're expected on stage
- Parking instructions — Where to park, loading zone access
- Dress code — What to wear for this gig
- Green room info — Where to find it, what's provided
- Contact info — Venue contact or promoter phone number
- Special requests — Anything unique about this event
Adding notes
Admins can add and edit notes for any event.
Open the event and go to Notes
Tap to edit and add your information
Save—everyone in the event can now see the notes
Keep it specific
Notes are for this specific event. If it's general info that applies to every gig, consider adding it to the Chat or keeping it somewhere everyone can reference.
Notes vs. Chat
Use Notes for important static information that shouldn't get buried in conversation. Use Chat for discussions and back-and-forth.
Notes stay at the top and are easy to find. Chat messages scroll as more are added. Put need-to-know details in Notes so nobody has to scroll to find them.
