What you can attach
Attach any files that are relevant to this event. Common examples:
- Flyers — The promotional image for the show
- Contracts — Venue agreements or booking confirmations
- Stage plots — Where everyone stands and what goes where
- Input lists — Channel assignments for the sound engineer
- Receipts — For tracking expenses
- Reference tracks — Audio files for songs you're learning
Uploading files
Admins can add files to any event.

Open the event and go to Files

Tap Add File or the upload button

Select the file from your device

The file is now attached—everyone in the event can view or download it
Everything in one place
Files live with the event, not buried in email threads or lost in text messages. When you need the stage plot for Saturday's gig, just open the event and it's right there.
Look back anytime
After the gig, files stay attached to the event. Need to reference last year's contract or find a flyer design you liked? Just open that event.
