Manage who's invited to an event, update event details, or delete events you no longer need.

Changing event details

Plans change—update the event info when they do.

Open the event and go to Settings

Tap Edit Event

Update the name, date, time, venue, or event type

Save your changes

Everyone in the event will see the updated details right away.


Adding and removing members

Control who's invited to a specific event without affecting the rest of your band.

Open the event and go to Settings

Scroll down to Manage Attendees

Add or remove people from this event

This is useful when you have a rotating lineup or need to bring in a sub for a specific gig. Changes only affect this event—your band roster stays the same.


Deleting an event

If an event is cancelled or no longer needed, you can delete it entirely.

Open the event and go to Settings

Scroll down to Delete Event

Confirm the deletion

This can't be undone

Deleting an event removes it permanently, including all chat messages, setlists, notes, and files. If you might need the info later, consider marking it as cancelled instead.
