Create your account and sign in using just your email—no password required.

Creating an account

Amplee uses passwordless login—you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. No password to remember or reset.

Download Amplee from the App Store or Google Play

Open the app and enter your email address

Check your inbox for a 6-digit code

Enter the code in the app—you're in!

First time? You'll set up your profile

If it's your first time signing in, you'll be asked to add your name and optionally a profile photo. This helps your bandmates recognize you.


Logging in

Every time you sign in, you'll use the same email verification flow:

Open Amplee and enter your email address

Check your email for the 6-digit code

Enter the code—you're back in

The code expires after 10 minutes, so enter it promptly. If it expires, just request a new one.


Not getting the code?

If you're not seeing the verification email, try these steps:

Check spam/junk

The email might have landed in your spam folder. Check there and mark it as 'not spam' so future emails arrive in your inbox.

Wait a minute

Sometimes emails take a moment to arrive. Wait 1-2 minutes before requesting another code.

Check your email address

Make sure you typed your email correctly. A small typo means the code goes somewhere else.

Try a different email

If you're using iCloud's Hide My Email or a forwarding service, try signing in with your actual email address instead.

Common questions

Why no password?

Passwordless login is more secure and convenient. You can't forget a password that doesn't exist, and there's nothing for hackers to steal. Your email is your key.

Can I use a different email?

Your account is tied to your email address. If you need to change it, contact support and we can help migrate your account.

Can I stay logged in?

Yes! Once you sign in, you'll stay logged in until you explicitly log out or clear the app's data. You won't need to enter a code every time you open the app.

How do I log out?

Go to your Profile tab, tap the settings icon, and scroll down to find 'Log Out'. You'll need to verify your email again next time you sign in.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete My Account. This permanently removes all your data including band memberships, messages, and uploaded files.
